Return & Exchange Policy

At GLAM BRIDE SHOES we know how important every single detail of your special day is. To ensure the highest quality for all our brides, please review our specific policies for Wedding Bouquets and Wedding Shoes below.

1. Wedding Bouquets

Final Sale

All Wedding Bouquets are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Why?

Our bouquets are delicate, intricately crafted pieces. To guarantee that every bride receives a brand-new, untouched, and pristine bouquet for her wedding, we cannot accept returns once they leave our studio.

Damaged Items

If your bouquet arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the product. We will cover 100% of the shipping costs and immediately arrange a replacement or solution for you.

2. Wedding Shoes

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that getting the perfect fit is essential for your big day. We accept returns or exchanges for Wedding Shoes within 14 days of the delivery date, under the following strict conditions:

  • Pristine Condition Required: Shoes must be unworn, unmarked, and undamaged. We highly recommend trying your shoes on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles. Shoes returned with dirty, scratched, or marked soles will not be accepted.
  • One-Time Exchange Limit: To prevent abuse of our system, exchanges are limited to ONE time per order. Please use our size guide carefully or contact our support team if you need help choosing the right size before initiating your exchange.
  • Original Packaging: All shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box with all protective tissue and packaging intact.

3. Shipping Fees

For Shoe Returns/Exchanges:The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For Damaged Items:If the item arrived damaged, we will cover 100% of the shipping costs.

4. How to Start (Shoes Only)

To initiate a shoe return or exchange, please email our bridal support team at support@glambrideshoes.com with your Order Number.

Important Return Information

  • We aim to process all returns within five calendar days of receiving your item. During sale periods, please allow up to seven calendar days.
  • Items should be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all packaging such as dust bags and authenticity cards. Shoes should also be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box, as this is considered part of the product.
  • Only returns sent using our approved DHL Express service are covered by insurance, provided proof of collection is retained.

Returns

Items can be returned for a refund by booking your return. Please email our bridal support team at support@glambrideshoes.com with your Order Number.

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected in line with our Returns Policy. If accepted, you will receive an email confirmation and your refund will be processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges for an alternative size are subject to availability and in accordance with our Returns Policy. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To request an exchange, please email our bridal support team at support@glambrideshoes.com with your Order Number and select your preferred size.

Once your original item has been received and approved, your exchange will be shipped to the original delivery address using the same delivery method, at no additional cost. You will receive confirmation by email.

Please note that exchanges are available for size only. If you wish to select an alternative style or colour, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.

Items can only be exchanged once. Any items received through an exchange that are no longer required should be returned for a refund.

Exchanges must be requested online before your return is sent. We are unable to process exchanges once a DHL collection has been arranged.

Receiving a Refund

All items returned in accordance with our Returns Policy will be refunded to the original payment method. This includes applicable taxes but excludes delivery charges.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
